By using SheetSorter you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

The service

• SheetSorter is free and provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may change, be limited or be unavailable at any time.
• Results are produced automatically and can be wrong. Check them before relying on them, especially rows marked "needs review". Don't use results as the only basis for legal, medical, financial, employment or other high-stakes decisions.
• To keep the service fast and free for everyone, there are limits on file size, rows and usage.

Your data

• You keep all rights to the files you upload. We use them only to produce your results and delete them automatically within an hour. See our privacy policy.
• Only upload data you have the right to use and to share with a third-party processing service. Don't upload passwords, payment card numbers, health records or other highly sensitive personal data.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to overload, attack, scrape or get around the limits of the service, and don't use automated tools to access it without our permission.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal or to harm others.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SheetSorter isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from using the service or its results.
