About SheetSorter

SheetSorter is a free tool for one job: going through a spreadsheet and deciding something about every row. Which category a transaction belongs to, whether a review is positive or negative, which team should handle a support ticket.

That kind of work usually means reading hundreds of rows by hand, or writing formulas and scripts. We wanted it to be as simple as converting a file online: upload it, say what you want decided, and download the result.

How it works

You choose the columns to read and describe the decision in plain English. A classification model reads each row and picks an answer from the options you gave it, along with how sure it is. Rows it isn't sure about are marked so you can check them yourself.

What we believe

• Free and simple. No account, no install, no paid plan. The site is supported by ads.
• Private. We don't keep your files or results. They're deleted automatically within an hour.
• Honest about uncertainty. Every answer comes with a confidence score instead of pretending to be always right.
